Activities
This department runs ‘Chemistry Study Circle’ with the aim of creating interest of the student in the subject and evoking their hidden abilities and rewarding them for their achievements. The students from S.Y .B. Sc. to M.Sc.-II are the members of the study circle by paying nominal fee of Rs. 50/- as registration fees.
CSC organises seminars of students on various topics of the subject, chemistry quiz, Industrial visits, debate competition, sports activities such as Chess, competition, Cricket match between students and staff.
An annual function of four hours of CSC is organised every year in the month of January and students perform dances, songs, drama, mimicry, etc. At the end of the function prizes are given away to the winners. Academic achievements are rewarded by giving away medals, cash prizes, books etc.
